Mark Goins, founder and Managing Director of NC Fortified LLC, established the company in 2021 after identifying a critical need for highly trained, certified FORTIFIED Home evaluators in the Outer Banks. He, alongside two other U.S Marine Corps veterans, envisioned a company rooted in service, integrity, and resilience—values they carried from their military experience into the private sector. United by their shared mission-driven mindset, the team laid the foundation for a company committed to excellence, bringing their collective dedication and expertise to every evaluation.
