• Visual inspection only
• FORTIFIED compliance verification
• Photo documentation
• IBHS submission
• Certificate facilitation

Not Included:

• Structural engineering analysis
• Code compliance inspection
• Warranty on construction work
• Guarantee of certification
• Insurance approval guarantee

Evaluation Fees:

• FORTIFIED Roof: $325-475
• FORTIFIED Silver: $475-575
• FORTIFIED Gold: $575-750
• Re-inspection: $150
• Renewal (5-year): $200-250

Payment due upon certificate issuance.

You Agree To:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of account
• Use services legally
• Respect intellectual property
• Not interfere with services
• Not attempt unauthorized access

Property Access:

• Provide safe access for evaluations
• Disclose known hazards
• Ensure legal right to authorize evaluation
• Coordinate with tenants if applicable

We Are Not Liable For:

• Grant application denial
• Insurance claim outcomes
• Contractor work quality
• Storm damage
• Lost profits or opportunities
• Consequential damages

By Customer:

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

By NC Fortified:

• Weather-related: Full refund or reschedule
• Our unavailability: Full refund or reschedule
• Safety concerns: Full refund or reschedule

Process:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation (if needed)
3. Binding arbitration
4. Small claims court exception
